October 2026 newsletter

As fall settles into our beautiful community, we hope everyone has enjoyed the changing colors and cooler temperatures. With winter approaching, we would like to share a few neighborhood updates and invite everyone to participate in our upcoming community cleanup.

                    🍂Community Cleanup Day — November 7th

Date: Saturday, November 7, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM
Location: Community Water Tower Area — Canyon View

We are organizing a community cleanup focused on cutting and clearing small trees, brush, and overgrowth around the water tower.

This effort will help maintain the area, reduce unwanted vegetation, and keep our community looking its best.

Volunteers are encouraged to bring:

  • Work gloves and appropriate outdoor clothing
  • Pruning shears, loppers, and hand saws
  • Rakes and other brush-clearing tools

Whether you can help for 30 minutes or a couple of hours, every contribution is appreciated

Road Maintenance Update

Our summer road maintenance projects have been completed, including the improvements along Great Pine Hill Road, Canyon View and South Rim.

As the newly maintained road surfaces continue to settle, we encourage residents to drive responsibly and remain mindful of road conditions.

Preparing for Winter

The Jette Meadows HOA Board is pleased to announce that a snow removal vendor has been awarded the contract for the upcoming winter season.

The contracted vendor will be responsible for snow plowing the community’s private roads to help maintain accessibility and improve driving conditions throughout the winter months.

As a reminder, residents are encouraged to keep vehicles, trailers, and other personal belongings clear of roadways and designated plowing areas. This will allow the contractor to operate efficiently and safely.

****Important Reminder — Private Driveways and Snow Berms****

Residents are responsible for snow removal from their own private driveways, including any snow berms or accumulation left at driveway entrances by the HOA’s contracted private road snowplows.

The HOA’s snow removal contract covers designated community private roads only and does not include individual driveways or the removal of snow berms created during routine road plowing.

Please remember that snow removal schedules and response times may vary depending on snowfall accumulation, weather conditions, and the severity of winter storms.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep our private roads accessible throughout the winter season.

Community Appreciation

We would like to thank all homeowners who continue to contribute to the upkeep and appearance of Jette Meadows. Our neighborhood benefits greatly from the involvement and cooperation of its residents.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the November 7th cleanup!

Warm regards,
Jette Meadows HOA Board of Directors
