May Newsletter
As we move into May, we want to thank all residents for helping keep our community clean, welcoming, and enjoyable. Warmer weather means more outdoor activity, landscaping projects, and community improvements..
Design Review Committee
Before beginning any exterior project or property modification, homeowners are reminded that all improvements must be reviewed and approved by the HOA Design Committee prior to commencement of work. This includes, but is not limited to, fencing, paint color changes, decks, sheds, roofing, additions, chicken coops, and other visible modifications. Submitting plans in advance helps ensure community standards are maintained and prevents potential delays or corrective action. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping preserve the quality and appearance of the neighborhood.
Design Review Application is available on our website for you to download, complete and submit: https://www.jettemeadowshomeowners.com/resources/design-review-application/

Speed Limit
For the safety of all residents, guests, children, pets, and wildlife within the community, we kindly remind everyone to observe posted speed limits throughout the neighborhood. The speed limit is 25 MPH on paved roads and 15 MPH on dirt roads unless otherwise posted. With increased outdoor activity during the warmer months, your cooperation in driving cautiously and responsibly is greatly appreciated and helps keep our community safe for everyone
Pets
Reminder to all residents: please be mindful of pets being left unattended outdoors for extended periods of time. Continuous barking, whining, or dogs chasing vehicles can create safety concerns and disturb neighbors throughout the community. We kindly ask all pet owners to ensure dogs are properly supervised, secured, and cared for to help maintain a peaceful and safe environment for everyone. Thank you for being respectful of your neighbors and helping keep our community enjoyable for both residents and pets
Road Maintenance Update
The HOA Board is currently obtaining updated bids and evaluating options for ongoing gravel road maintenance throughout the community, including grading, surface improvements, and dust abatement treatments. Maintaining safe and well-kept roadways remains a priority, and the Board appreciates residents’ patience as we review proposals and determine the best long-term maintenance plan for the neighborhood.
Fire Mitigation
Beginning approximately May 27th, fire mitigation work will commence on the common ground along Canyon View Drive between Lots 47 and 73. This project is intended to help reduce wildfire risk, improve defensible space, and enhance overall community safety heading into fire season. Residents may notice equipment, crews, and temporary activity in the area during the project. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as this important work is completed.
Spring Clean up
The County has recently completed cleanup work along the frontage road to the highway, which has greatly improved the area. We are now looking for volunteers to assist with cleanup of the recently thinned trees at Entrance Three. In addition, we need the area around the water tower to be cleaned up of small trees, so anyone with heavy or light equipment will be greatly appreciated. We could also use ATV/UTVs with trailers and lots of chainsaws. The Board will be renting or hiring a wood chipper so material can be processed on-site during the cleanup effort. Residents interested in mulch or firewood are welcome to pick up some that day while supplies last. We appreciate any community participation and support.
Clean up date: 06/06/2026 9am – meet up at Entrance Three mailboxes

We wish you all a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing start to the summer season.
