1. Communications from Association Members
- Neighbor to neighbor disputes were reported to the Board and Design Committee – involved parties were advised to contact local police department if threats were of concern

3. Design Review Report – submitted for review
- Nathan motions to approve, Charles seconds, all approved
4. Approval of Previous Minutes
- Approved by e-mail on 4/11/2026
5. Financial Report
- Nathan motions to approve, Charles seconds, all approved
6. Old Business
- Road maintenance –
- Terri is requesting updated quotes for road maintenance – scrape, gravel, and dust control; also awaiting Lake County confirmation on road lengths
- Fire mitigation –
- set to start on 27th of May in the common area between lot 47 and 73;
- still no response from the tribe regarding lot 73;
- Terri has emailed Carey Cooley inquiring on any updates in regard to grant availability – hasn’t heard back yet
- Single Family Dwelling –
- A detailed letter outlining the county’s definition was sent out/e-mailed; positive feedback from a lot of community residents;
- Board is compiling letters received from residents who have stated “dependent” building for their add on to their property
- Board is also compiling a list of potential code violations and residents will be contacted individually
- Liens for outstanding HOA dues/late fees will be filed by month end
- Spring Clean up – since County recently did a clean up on the frontage area of HWY 93, the Board will be looking for volunteers to help with clean up of the thinned out area by entrance three mail boxes. In addition, hoping for volunteers to do some thinning around the water tower, mostly small tree
- Charles motions to rent chipper for the day, cost $565, not to exceed $750 – Nate seconds, all approved (Terri will be reaching out to vendor and see if they can deliver and obtain cost for delivery)
- Clean up date 6/6/2026 – 9am
7. New Business
- Expense reimbursement for stamps from Terri
