- Terri would like to change tax return filing to coincide with Bylaws – fiscal year ends December 31st per Bylaws – Nathan motions to change back to fiscal year ending Dec 31st, Terri seconds, all approved
3. Design Review Report – none submitted
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – approved 8/18/26
5. Financial Report
- Year to date (YTD) financials were provided – Charles motions to approve, Nate seconds, all approved
6. Old Business
- RID project for section of GPH surrounded by common area was completed and invoices were forwarded to county;
- Road maintenance was completed of S Rim and Canyon View
7. New Business
- Nate met with two snow plow vendors and meeting with another two on Friday; should have four bids by end of week
- North end of Meadow Rd – county patched the bottom and top end
- Board approved $75 donation to Four Square church for the use of their space
- Annual meeting agenda items
- YTD Financials
- Fire mitigation
- Water report – Terri will provide update
- Committee volunteers – Board: no new volunteers so far; Covenants Committee has three volunteers
- Board elections – Diane and Colleen will volunteer for sign in and ballot counting
