Hello Jette Meadows Homeowners,
We hope everyone is enjoying the summer. The Board has several updates to share regarding our community
Annual HOA Meeting – September 4, 2026
Please mark your calendars for the Jette Meadows Annual HOA Meeting.
Date: September 4, 2026 Time: 7:00pm
Location: Four Square Church
The annual meeting is an opportunity for homeowners to receive updates on HOA business, discuss matters affecting the community, ask questions, and participate in the direction of Jette Meadows.
We encourage all members to attend and participate. Additional meeting information and the agenda will be provided to the membership prior to the meeting via USPS mail per our Covenants. Watch for it.
Great Pine Hill Road RID Approved
The Rural Improvement District (RID) for the portion of Great Pine Hill Road surrounded by HOA common land was approved by the Lake County Commissioners on July 12, 2026.
Prior to the County’s approval, the Board held an informational meeting at the Polson Public Library on July 7, 2026, to provide homeowners with information about the proposed RID, answer questions, and discuss the project.
An informational packet regarding the RID was also distributed to the membership. The packet was emailed to homeowners for whom the HOA has an email address on file and mailed to homeowners who have not provided an email address. This was done to ensure that all members had access to the information regarding the proposed project.
Work is currently anticipated to begin in late summer or early fall, depending on contractor/vendor availability.
Homeowners and residents directly affected by the construction will be notified in advance once a definite schedule is available.
Road Maintenance Update
The Board has approved a bid for the summer maintenance of Canyon View and portions of South Rim and affected residents will be informed in advance in regards to when work on those sections will commence.
Snow Removal & Seasonal Planning
Although we are still enjoying summer, the Board is already looking ahead to winter maintenance. The Board is currently working to secure a snow removal vendor for the upcoming winter season. At this time, we have not yet found a vendor for the 2026–2027 season.
We encourage homeowners to reach out to the Board if you know of a qualified individual or company that may be interested in providing snow removal services for Jette Meadows.
Any vendor considered for snow removal services must be properly licensed and insured.
If you have a recommendation or know of someone who may be interested, please forward their contact information to the Board so we can reach out to them.
Securing reliable snow removal is a priority as we prepare for the upcoming winter season, and we appreciate the membership’s assistance in identifying potential vendors.
Neighborhood Reminders
- Please be mindful of vehicle speeds throughout the neighborhood.
- Please remember that the private roads within Jette Meadows are not intended to be used as recreational roads for ATVs or other off-road vehicles. We ask homeowners, family members, guests, and visitors to be respectful of neighboring properties and limit ATV use on community roads to necessary transportation rather than recreational riding.
- Keep roads and common access areas clear for residents, emergency vehicles, snow removal, and maintenance equipment.
- Property owners are encouraged to keep vegetation maintained where it may obstruct visibility along roadways.
- Please contact the Board before performing work or making alterations within HOA common areas.
Help Us Keep You Informed
We encourage all homeowners who have not yet provided an email address to please do so. Email allows the HOA to quickly and efficiently share important community updates, meeting notices, road information, and other time-sensitive communications. Keeping your contact information current helps ensure you don’t miss important HOA information.
Have a Great Rest of the Summer!
Thank you to all of our homeowners for helping keep Jette Meadows a safe, attractive, and enjoyable community.
