The days are getting longer, temperatures are slowly warming, and it’s the perfect time to start preparing for the season ahead. We hope everyone is enjoying the extra daylight and the signs of spring starting to appear around the neighborhood.

Wildlife Awareness
Jette Meadows is fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful natural habitat, which means wildlife sightings are common. Recently, there have been a couple mountain lion sightings on residential lots. Residents are encouraged to remain aware of their surroundings, especially at dawn and dusk, and to keep pets and small livestock secured when possible. If you encounter wildlife, give it plenty of space and avoid approaching. Staying alert helps ensure the safety of both residents and the animals that share this landscape.
Communication
If you notice anything around our neighborhood that may need attention as winter transitions into spring, please feel free to reach out. We appreciate everyone helping keep Jette Meadows a beautiful and welcoming community.
We look forward to the coming months as the landscape greens up and everyone can enjoy more time outside.
Thank you for being part of the Jette Meadows community!
Warm regards,
Jette Meadows HOA Board
