As we enter a new year, the Board would like to share a few updates and decisions made to keep the community informed and running smoothly.
Newsletter Schedule Update
The Board has decided to transition to quarterly newsletters, as the majority of pressing issues have now been addressed. Moving forward, this schedule will allow us to provide timely and meaningful updates without unnecessary repetition. If any important information arises between newsletters, it will be shared promptly as an announcement on our website.
Road Maintenance Update
The Board has the authority to summon the snow plow vendor as conditions require and will continue to do so as needed. For this season, the Board has also decided not to exercise its right to charge back residents for road maintenance, and those costs will be handled by the Association.
Mail Boxes at First and Second Entrances – Reminder
An additional mail box cluster will be installed at the second entrance. If you currently have a mail box at entrance one but live closer to entrance two, or vice versa, and would like a mail box closer to you, please contact Terri Bollin at jmlapolsonmt@gmail.com for a potential swap.
Access Montana – Reminder
Access Montana is currently working in our area, and residents who are interested in cable internet, phone, or TV services can reach out to them directly for availability and options. If you’ve been considering upgrading or starting a new service, now is a great time to get in touch with their team. www.AccessMontana.com
