Volunteer Work Coordination Reminder

The Board greatly appreciates residents who volunteer their time and effort to help improve and maintain our community. To ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with community guidelines, we ask that residents notify the Board before beginning any volunteer work on common areas or community-related projects. This helps coordinate efforts, avoid duplication of work, and ensure that materials, equipment, and any necessary approvals are properly addressed. Thank you for your continued support and commitment to making our community a better place for everyone.

Design Review Committee

Residents are reminded that all new construction, additions, exterior modifications, fences, outbuildings, and other property improvements must receive Design Review Board approval prior to the start of any work. This process helps ensure projects comply with community covenants and architectural standards while preserving the character and value of Jette Meadows. If you are planning a project, please submit your application and receive approval before commencing construction. Contact the Design Review Board with any questions regarding submission requirements or the review process.

Speed Limit

As traffic increases during the summer months, please be mindful of vehicle speeds on all community roads. Excessive speed contributes to road deterioration, increased maintenance costs, and unnecessary dust for neighboring properties. Please observe posted speed limits and drive cautiously.

25 MPH on paved roads and 15 MPH on dirt roads.

Road Maintenance Update

The Board has gathered preliminary information regarding the potential establishment of a Rural Improvement District (RID) for portions of Great Pine Hill Road and South Rim Road that are bordered by HOA common land. An RID is one possible mechanism that could be used to fund this year’s and future road maintenance options within these specific areas. Additional details will be shared with homeowners as discussions progress and more information becomes available.

Fire Season Preparedness

Montana’s wildfire season is approaching. Residents are encouraged to:

  • Remove dead vegetation and combustible materials near structures.
  • Keep driveways and access roads clear for emergency vehicles.
  • Maintain defensible space around homes and outbuildings.
  • Review emergency evacuation plans with family members.

Taking proactive measures now can help protect our entire community.

Property Maintenance Reminder

Please help preserve the appearance and value of Jette Meadows by:

  • Mowing and trimming properties regularly.
  • Storing equipment, trailers, and materials neatly.
  • Removing debris and unused items from visible areas.

  • Secure garbage containers.
  • Avoid leaving pet food outdoors.
  • Avoid leaving food in vehicles and on decks
  • Drive carefully, especially during early morning and evening hours.

Remember that we share this beautiful area with local wildlife.
