Newsletter – March 2026

March Newsletter

As we move out of winter and into the early days of spring, March is a time of transition here at Jette Meadows. The days are getting longer, temperatures are slowly warming, and it’s the perfect time to start preparing for the season ahead. We hope everyone is enjoying the extra daylight and the signs of spring starting to appear around the neighborhood.

Community Reminder

As a reminder to all property owners, each lot within Jette Meadows is limited to one single-family dwelling in accordance with community guidelines (Covenants – Article VIII, Section 1). If you have any questions regarding property use or future plans for your lot, please reach out to the board for clarification.

Road Maintenance Update

The board is currently securing updated quotes for road maintenance and repairs. We are also obtaining a quote for a double-shot road treatment for several problem areas. This treatment applies two layers of oil emulsion and gravel, helping seal the road surface, improve traction, and extend the life of the roadway.

Wildlife Awareness

Jette Meadows is fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful natural habitat, which means wildlife sightings are common. Recently, there have been a couple mountain lion sightings on residential lots. Residents are encouraged to remain aware of their surroundings, especially at dawn and dusk, and to keep pets and small livestock secured when possible. If you encounter wildlife, give it plenty of space and avoid approaching. Staying alert helps ensure the safety of both residents and the animals that share this landscape.

Communication

If you notice anything around our neighborhood that may need attention as winter transitions into spring, please feel free to reach out. We appreciate everyone helping keep Jette Meadows a beautiful and welcoming community.

We look forward to the coming months as the landscape greens up and everyone can enjoy more time outside.

Thank you for being part of the Jette Meadows community!

Warm regards,
Jette Meadows HOA Board
